Physical Education (PE)

Remember keeping fit at home whilst in self-isolation is very important. You can use the Joe Wicks you tube videos from the internet or complete 5 minutes of activities, three times a day. For example, you can complete 1 minute of star jumps, 1 minute of running laps of your garden, 1 minute of press ups, 1 minute of squats and 1 minute of spotty dogs.
