This week we are working hard on two new sounds, t and p. We are also then challenging ourselves by identifying different objects that start with all the sounds we have learnt so far. Our main reading book is 'Kipper's Birthday' and we are using this book to further support our investigations about our new reading books and also to find out what Kipper has to do to have a party.
In maths we are continuing with our shape work and also introducing the focus of big and small.
We are working on our gross motor control in our ball and movement sessions and also working hard on our balancing in our outdoor area.
We have also been discussing what we have enjoyed in our first half term at school. We have talked about what we have worked hard at, what we have challenged ourselves with and also what we have liked best. We have then been photographed in our favourite places to learn.
