Maths Challenges

We're on our final week of time! How well is it going so far? Are you able to read time to the minute on an analogue and digital  clock?

Last week, you started thinking about digital time. This week our focus is on converting time from an analogue clock to a digital clock. I've attached Powerpoints and sheets that could help you- but please don't feel like you should print them. A great way to learn time is to practise it as much as you can throughout the day e.g. what time is your tea time? Write it as a digital and analogue time.

Challenge one: LO: To read and convert between analogue and digital times on a 12 hour clock.

Challenge two: LO: To read and convert between analogue and digital times on a 24 hour clock.

Challenge three: It's time to solve some Nrich problems linked to time.

Challenge four: LO: To  add and subtract times.
