In Literacy this week we have been writing letters to Greenpeace. We have been reading the Lighthouse Keeper's Rescue and Dear Greenpeace, both books are about saving whales. So we did some research about whales and found out that they and the oceans they live in need our help. So we wrote to Greenpeace to ask what we could do. Letters will be sent soon and we can't wait to hear back from Greenpeace.
In Maths we have been practising lots of different skills that we have learnt throughout the year to answer a range of questions. We have used our jottings to show our workings and help us solve the problems.
In Geography we concluded our learning of the UK by finding out about and labeling the surrounding waters. We looked at the 3 different seas, and the ocean that surrounds us and where they are positioned.
