It has been another busy week I Cherry class.
We had a brand new topic to learn about this week…Geography. We have been learning about the worlds 7 continent and 5 oceans. We have all (including Miss Denton) really enjoyed learning the continent song, so I have added it to this week’s page so that you can share it with your families (I know lots of you have already been singing it at home)
In literacy we have been learning about adjectives and how these words describe something. When we add them to our writing them make our sentences more interesting. Show your family are action for adjectives.
In maths we have been continuing our learning on subtraction, and using number lines and 100 squares to help us solve problems.

Also please remember to bring your reading books back every week on your reading day so that you can take a new book home to share with your family.
