Black History Month
This month is Black history month in the UK. We have been looking at significant individuals in Black history.
We have been learning about the story of Ruby Bridges who was the first Black child to go to a white school. We listened to this story and discussed how she must have felt during this time. We then wrote diary entries pretending to be her.
