Homework

In our Maths lessons, we have been using the grid method to solve 3 digit x 1 digit problems. Keep practising this by completing at least 5 different questions at home.

Fancy a challenge? Can you try some questions where your multiply a 3 digit number by a 2 digit number? e.g. 137 x 19

(The sheet is attached below if you prefer to print them- but please don't feel that you have too).

Medium challenge: We've been looking at multiplication as groups of. You could practise putting objects into equal groups at home to make a multiplication sentence e.g. 3 x 2= 6 or have a look at the sheet attached below.

In our Literacy lessons, we have been writing information in paragraphs. We would like you to practise this skill by writing an information text about you or your family. Don’t forget to start a new paragraph when you change topic.
