Literacy:
This week we have started thinking about creating Wanted posters, linked to our new book Hermelin: Mouse Detective. We have thought about adverbs, have creating expanded noun phrases and looked at different sentence types.
Maths:
Year 1 have been looking at the numbers between 10-20. We are thinking about place value and representing numbers in different ways.
Year 2 have started to think about using money and have been counting pennies and pounds.
Topic:
We are currently working on our Science block topic, Living Things and Their Habitats. We have explored the areas around school to search for micro habitats and have identified plants and animals which live in them.
