Another exciting week in Beech Class!
We have really enjoyed experimenting in our science lessons to discover which materials are and are not waterproof. We then explored how a piece of fabric can be made waterproof and used all of this information to design a coat for Beegu to keep her warm and dry.
We have also loved using the skills we have learnt over the last two weeks in our maths to solve some really tricky problems. Not only did we use our amazing addition skills we also used our extraordinary exchanging skills to solve addition problems where we have more than ten ones!
We still love using our outdoor area- even though the weather is turning more autumnal! Please ensure that the children come to school with named jumpers and coats to allow them to still use this part of our learning environment comfortably.
