Supporting Phonics Learning at Home

This half-term, we had hoped to run a parent and carer workshop all about the teaching of Phonics; what it is, why we teach it and how the children progress through the different phonic 'phases'.

Unfortunately, the ongoing COVID pandemic and accompanying restrictions mean that we are currently unable to do this in person. Instead, we have made an information presentation for you to watch at home.

As always, if you have any questions about phonics or any other aspect of your child's time in school, please don't hesitate to contact your child's class teacher.
