We have worked hard this week continuing with our Elmer challenges we have thought of many ways of keeping healthy which involved an exercise shop with a running machine, weight machine and then used the coloured blocks as the weights. We also made obstacle courses to move in different ways and even a tractor to help collect vegetables to eat!
We have also been continuing our phonic application with all the sounds we have learnt this year. In maths we have been developing our awareness of money, recognising the different coins from 1 to 10.
Our sewing has been wonderful! We have all created a new patch for Elmer and Mrs Stevens will be sending photographs to him!
We have also worked extremely hard in our balance bike work, learning the skills of the 'wiggle weave' and 'freestyle!' We have to learn how to move the bike, move in different directions and then stop when we are near someone else. It was great fun!
