Literacy:
This week in Literacy we started our new text; Fairy Tale Pets. The children have enjoyed creating shopping lists for Bob as he struggles to keep control of the unruly pets he is looking after. The children also wrote some wonderful recounts of what they did over the half term break.
Mathematics:
This week the children have been looking at fact families and related facts. They have been applying this skill to creating their own fact families and answering word problems.
Foundation:
This week the children have been learning about churches and Christianity. We have had some wonderful discussions about why Christians go to church and all the special items you would find in a church.
