This page is to share important information to support your child in their learning during the reception year.

Please see below a link to new intake information which can be useful in settling your child to their environment and also support parents in understanding the first steps at Manea School.

You will also see some links to further information including, phonics, learning at home, our approach to learning and also some of the songs that we use during the reception year.

Then for the important bit!........... What your child is working on each week during their time in reception.  We hope you find the information useful in supporting at home.

Each week we will upload information about the activities that the children have been taking part in at school.  No more 'I can't remember' as you will have insight into the week!  We will also add a home learning link for you to continue the work at home - this may be through additional activities that you find to do or through discussion.
