The big question- Why do people do the jobs they do?
During the Coronavirus pandemic, there has been a 220% rise in interest in people wanting to work in the healthcare sector. Why do you think that is?
Some people say, “Work to live, not live to work.” What do you think that means? Why? In order to live our lives we need money. If you work to live, you might do a job you don’t enjoy as much but be paid, so you can live your life and pay for things that you enjoy. If you live to work, your hobby is your job. You live to go to work and enjoy your job.
Do you think you should live to work or work to live? Discuss your ideas with a family member.
