Literacy:
This week in literacy the Year 1 children have been writing descriptive sentences about their dragon they have created using Zog as their inspiration. The Year 2 children have been sequencing the important events in an adventure story and discussing why a story has a beginning, middle and an end.
Mathematics
This in mathematics the Year 1 children have been practicing their 5 count. The Year 2 children have been looking at division using grouping and sharing to help them solve problems.
Foundation
This week in foundation the children have been continuing with their Geography and looking at the difference between weather and climate and how the world has different climate zones depending on how close to the equator the zone is.
