Literacy
You will be continuing with your newspaper report. This lesson will teach you how to take notes in gathering evidence for your newspaper report. Remember, keep all of your work together as you will need it for future lessons.
Guided Reading
In the Guided Reading tab you will find an extract from a text, along with comprehension questions to answer about the text. The answers will be provided tomorrow. Remember to read back through carefully before writing your answers in full sentences.
Maths
You need to know your times tables when calculating the area of shapes. For rectangular shapes, you need to multiply the length of the shape by it's width.
For example, to calculate the area of this shape would by 3cm x 8cm = 24cm²
8cm 3cm
