This week we have been writing about the different emotions that Beegu feels throughout the story. We also made feelings graphs, comparing her emotions at different points in the story. During busy learning some of the children have chosen to write their own independent version of the 'Beegu' story. The children have enjoyed reading their stories to the rest of the class.
In maths we have been learning about addition and how to use jottings and numicon, to help us both represent and solve problems.
In science we have been learning about materials. We have started to explore the properties of different material, which materials can change shape and which materials are waterproof or absorbent.
Homework for this week has been uploaded, please send photos of the examples of your homework so that I can see all of your amazing efforts.
Everyone will have taken home a reading book, with their reading day. Please make sure the books come back to school on this day every week, so that a new book can be taken home.
