The countdown to Christmas is now well and truly on as we enter December... and we were even blessed (!) with snow on Friday!
The children have been finding out how they got on in their practise SATs papers, which we have done recently. They should be very pleased with their results, especially considering where we are in the year!
In maths we also looked at circles and learnt about the radius, diameter and circumference... it may be some time before we break out pi though!
English saw us take on poetry, and write limericks, kennings, haikus and rhyming poems. We realised how hard it is to write a good rhyming poems, with some highly questionable attempts going on!
We covered E-safety in ICT, which gave the children to let their creative active genius loose. We started developing our boardgames in D & T, and then Joe Wicks made us sweat out the chocolate in P.E.
