Literacy:
The Year 1 children have been busy writing facts about Mary Anning and applying their phonemes to their writing. The Year 2 children have been writing acrostic dragon poems and fact files about Mary Anning.
Mathematics:
The Year 1 children have been applying their number knowledge and number bonds from 10 to 100. They have also been writing number stories. The Year 2 children have continued with their measurement unit and this week have looked at capacity and volume and applying the four operations to word problems.
Foundation:
This week the children have been historians and finding facts about Mar Anning they have then used this information to write fact files in their Literacy lessons.
