Literacy:
This week we have been using our imaginations in our writing. The Year ones have been designing and describing pirate underpants using some fantastic adjectives. The Year twos have been creating disgusting recipes for pirate stew and applying list making skills and imperative verbs.
Maths
This week the year 1 children have been recapping how to count in steps of 2, 5 and 10. We have really enjoyed singing the 2, 5 and 10 count songs and the children were really keen to have the songs on the website to share with you all.
In year 2 the children have been practising their recall of the 2, 5 and 10 times table. They too enjoyed using songs to help them with there recounts. We have included these songs too for the children share with you too.
