Homework
Literacy:
This week we have continued to look at formal letters. Year 1 have planned and written a Thank You letter to Johnson's Farm, describing the wonderful time we had on our trip. Year 2 have been planning their letters, ready to write them next week.
Maths:
Year 1 have been looking at multiplying using arrays and have spent time looking at equal groups. Year 2 have been solving missing number problems and using the inverse to support us.
Foundation:
Our Art focus this week has been creating a collage piece to celebrate the King's Coronation. We have used torn up pieces of coloured paper, tissues paper and magazines to create a collage of red, white and blue. We will be displaying these in our classrooms and the school hall.
