Transition to Secondary school

         Moving on to secondary school

Updated Transition Work

Here are the most recent resources we have been sent by Cromwell:

Activity Week 1

Before looking forward, let's look back. I want you to list out 5 happy memories from your time at Manea.

Once you've done this, why not film yourself talking about them, and then send it in to me - this would achieve 1 of your tasks for the leavers video production!

Usually it is around this time in Year Six, that we would begin to prepare you for your move to Secondary school. This year is a little different, with everything that is going on, but we want you to know that we are always here to help you with this. If you would like to talk to us- please email Mr Tull at oakclass@manea.cambs.sch.uk or Miss Bridges at ashclass@manea.cambs.sch.uk and we will try to help you in any way that we can.

At this moment in time, we are waiting to hear from Cromwell about your transition program. We do however know they have already emailed you some resources to work from. We have attached these below in case they have gone missing.

Whenever there is a change approaching, it is normal for us to feel worried or afraid. The most important thing for you to do right now is talk about your worries- and think about all of the reasons you are excited to head to secondary school.

Each week, Mr Tull is going to add a 'transition' themed activity to your page to help you get ready. We will also update this page with new informaton, and some activities, whenever we can.

We hope you are all well and enjoying the sunshine at home.
