Homework can be found at the bottom of this page this week.

This week we have been looking at decimals in maths and linking these to tenths.

In literacy we have been writing a script about the Trojan horse story.

In our topic work the children were given the big question of  'Would you rather be a child now or in Ancient Greek times?'

We separated this task into six different areas. We had a group research a different element and the children had to think of ways to present their work independently using the given materials.

Our research groups were as follows:

Each homework activity has been split into three groups. Please email Willowclass@manea.cambs.sch.uk if you would like guidance on which challenge is suitable for your child

Literacy Spicy and Hot

In class this week we have researched what it was like for children in Ancient Greece. We looked at different areas of Ancient Greek life.  Can you create an information text for an area that you did not look at? To make this a hot challenge can you write about two different areas?

See the photos on the main page to help you remember what group you were in!
