We know that things are a little different for us all now. Not being able to do things you love or see everybody you want to can be tricky and it's ok to feel sad or have worries.
Just remember how important it is to talk about how you are feeling. Try to find time each day to talk about your feelings with an adult, or you could keep a diary to share with your grown up.
