Literacy:
This week we started our new text The Lighthouse Keeper's Lunch. We will be reading lot's of stories about Mr Grinling and his cat Hamish over the next term. This week we practiced sequencing the story and creating story boards. We also thought about what the seagulls were saying to each other when they were stealing then lunch and were able to apply our speech writing skills.
Foundation:
This week in Foundation we have had a Geography focus. We have been practising our map work skills and finished the week by making our own maps and keys of the Outdoor Area.
