This week we have thought hard in our learning walks. As it was raining we discussed how we could keep Zog and his friends dry and warm in the outdoor area. We decided to make a warm bed and a fire - but it had to be in a cage to keep everyone safe. Another group wanted to make some delicious meals to keep everyone warm. We even had a group wanting to make a cake with sprinkles as it would cheer everyone up! Wonderful discussions and ideas!
In our literacy we have been finding out about a 'trigraph' - see the information on the home link page to help at home.
In maths we are working hard with our numbers to 10 and also saying one more, 1 less, ordering and solving problems.
We are also creating some wonderful cards. We are using our colour mixing knowledge to support this work and are looking forward to taking them home with us. We are also learning a story from the bible which we will be using in our class assembly later this term.
