We are finding more out about Zog this week. We have investigated the story to identify what he was like, what he was good at and how he looked after his friends.
We then used our movement session in the hall to move as dragons, we thought about how dragons would move on the ground and in the air - we then identified a piece of music that could help us move as dragons. It was great fun!
In our literacy we are writing character descriptions about dragons and also using our busy learning to begin to set our own challenges. We have thought hard about how we can use the outdoor area to support our investigations and have come up with ideas of creating potions to help look after the dragons if they got burnt by their fire and also a peppermint flavoured one to help look after Zog's sore throat.
