Hello everyone!

We hope you have all had a fabulous week and made the most of the sunshine while it lasted! We have both been SO impressed with the amazing work that has been emailed to us this week; we love to see what you have been up to, and want to say a big 'well done' to both you and your grown-ups for all the effort you have been putting in. We were especially happy to receive two lovely letters (and some lovely crafts and pictures) in the post this week; it is a wonderful feeling to get a friendly letter through the door.

Have a look at the photo gallery below to see how lots of our Year 1 friends have been challenging themselves this week!

We have added this week's learning challenges below, with some resources to support you as well. None of the resources need to be printed, they are just there to have a look at on your laptop or device smiley You will see that our Art challenge this week is particularly good fun - we'd like to have lots of your work emailed in to use in our online gallery next week!

Finally, over the next two weeks we will be calling you at home to say 'hello' and hear about all the fun you've been having since being away from school. We can't wait to talk to you!

Stay safe, keep smiling,

Mrs Johnson and Mrs Denton

P.S. Don't forget to check out 'Story Time - EYFS & Key Stage 1' for this week's new stories, and also Mrs Kyne's yummy cooking page too!
