Week Beginning: 3rd May 2021
Our week...
This week, the children have come to the end of their play scripts unit of work in literacy. They have worked in groups to plan and then write their own show together. On Friday, they will be performing these to the class. In maths, the children have re-visited the topic of time. They have been reading both analogue and digital clocks and practised answering word problems using known time facts to convert between units.
The children have seemed to enjoy listening to the class story while eating their lunch and the little extra time outside has made all the difference. They have loved being on the field and they have independently organised themselves into two teams to play football. It has been really interesting to watch.
A shorter, but very enjoyable week.
