Hello everybody!

It has been lovely chatting to you and your grown-ups on the phone over the last few weeks; we have really enjoyed hearing your friendly voices and hearing all about the fun things you have been up to! You may have heard on the News that there are plans afoot to begin reopening schools in June, and Year 1 is one of the year groups that the government want to come back first (as we are so fabulous, obviously). Please rest assured that Miss Froggatt and Mrs Stevens are working very hard to make a plan for how this will work, and that your safety is always our number one priority. We care about you all very much and want you to be safe and happy. Until we know what will be happening with returning to school, we want you to keep working hard, keep sending us your photos and videos, and most importantly keep smiling and shining! You are all amazing.

We have had some wonderful home learning sent in this week; have a look at the photos to see if you can spot yourself or your friends! Also have a look below to see this week's new learning challenges and the related resources.

Last of all, don't forget that you can check out the other sections of 'Class Pages' that are relevant to you; EYFS and KS1 Story Time with Mrs Johnson, PE Challenges with Mr Tull and Forest School with Mr Lenton!

Stay safe superstars,

Mrs Johnson and Miss Denton
