Literacy
In Literacy this week we have been writing recounts of our trip to Johnson's Farm. We thought about sequencing the events and used adverbials of time to start our sentences. We have tried to use exciting vocabulary to describe the amazing animals we saw.
Maths
This week, Year 2 have been using their RUCSAC's to solve word problems. We have had to read questions carefully and decide if it is an addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. Year 1 have been continuing to focus on number bonds and fact families.
Foundation
This week we have been learning about our bodies and the amazing things they can do. We have named the different parts of the body and discussed the correct names to use.
We have also enjoyed our school visit to Johnson's Farm.
