This week we have been continuing with our forest schools project - building pyramids like the Ancient Egyptians did.
In Maths, we started to explore and investigate imperial and metric units of measurement. We took this outside and measured items we found using both centimetres and inches, which helped us to convert between the two.
In Literacy, we continued with writing descriptions to help us with our story writing, in addition to editing and publishing our non-chronological reports about Ancient Egyptian houses.
In RE, we continued to learn about Hinduism. We learnt the symbols that are really important within the Hinduism religion. We explored the Hinduism main festival, Diwali and why that is so important to Hindus.
