This week we have been learning about a secret path story from Percy the Park Keeper. We will then use this information to go on our very own secret path adventure through the woods on Thursday! We have used our knowledge of stories in our learning walk to continue with challenging ourselves by creating and supporting all the characters. We have also been writing our own diaries to celebrate our weekend activities. In maths we are continuing with addition challenges and we will be finding out how to draw a fox in our drawing club work. What a busy 4 day week!

After reading The Secret Path, we went on our own adventure to the local woods. We had an amazing time and even saw a deer! We had to be very quiet so it didn't get frightened! We also saw lots of other things including snails, bumble bees and lots of plants. We also saw a tree that had fallen over, we think it was the tree from the 'After the Storm' story.
