It has been a very busy week again in Year R. We have been reading 'Fairy Tale Pets' this week and using the characters as a basis for our activities. The book was very funny and we enjoyed all the silly things that the pets did! We have also been writing our diaries and continuing our work on pattern in maths. We have a special continuing pattern game related to Christmas artefacts which we love. We have been finding out about the nativity story and learning our songs for the Christmas sing a long. We have also found out about 'the Christmas Pine' which was a very special tree. In drawing club we then created our own trees and have been using the light box and maths area to decorate our own trees.
