A final week of celebrations for the hard work that we have been doing over the spring term.  We have been discussing what we have enjoyed and what we are proud of.  In our literacy we have been writing our diaries and also some lists using our digraph and trigraph knowledge.  In our maths we are counting and continuing with our doubling work.  In other learning we are exploring the changes in our environment now that spring is here and enjoying a nature and bug hunt in our forest school session.  We are also completing our Easter cards and finding out about how it is celebrated. A wonderful afternoon is also planned at the end of the week to share our learning with our families! Our learning walk is also a celebration of all the stories so far, find out all about our ideas below:

Please use the home link document above to consolidate learning at home and if you have any questions, please email pineclass@manea.cambs.sch.uk.

Our Learning Walk

Our springtime walk was a wonderful adventure.  We explored all our outdoor areas including the large field.  We saw birds in trees getting ready to lay their eggs in their nests, lots of ladybirds, bugs in the trees, daffodils, flowers on the trees which is the blossom, daisies in the grass and even a bee!  We were then set a challenge of finding out even more during our Easter holidays.
