This week we have finished our instruction writing unit and have helped give Supertato instructions to defeat Evil Pea. We have worked so hard this week and have created some amazing pieces of work. We even published them on Thursday to feel like a real author.
Maths
In Beech class, we have been looking at volume and capacity and have investigated the capacity of different containers. We have accurately read scales to measure in ml and have compared different volumes.
In Cherry class, we have been looking at comparing length and height. We have also ordered objects and measured them using cm.
Topic:
In foundation subjects we have compared materials to find the best material for houses; we have designed an animal hand puppet and have even created maps of the school.
