Key Stage 2 had a fantastic Sports Day filled with energy, teamwork, and enthusiasm. The children took part in a carousel of exciting sporting activities, showing great determination and sportsmanship throughout. The event ended with some thrilling track races that had everyone cheering. Congratulations to the Green Team for winning in Years 3 and 4, and to the Red Team for coming out on top in Years 5 and 6. A huge well done to all the children for taking part and giving their best effort!
Reception have worked very hard this week after reading the Percy the Park Keeper story; 'The Rescue Party'. The rabbit then got stuck in our oak tree outside. They found out how to create rope ladders to save her! Go over to our page and see the photographs.
What a fun time Years 1 and 2 have had on their school trip to Church Farm. We were able to see lots of animals and sing a few songs on a tractor! Take a look at our photos over on our class page.
"Wow!" was the word on everyone’s lips as the children stepped onto the hallowed turf of the Premiership champions – Northampton Saints.
They enjoyed an action-packed day that will live long in their memories. In the morning, pupils took part in a range of exciting rugby-themed games on the actual pitch. In the afternoon, they were treated to a behind-the-scenes stadium tour, offering a fascinating insight into the home of elite rugby.
The children were a real credit to the school, demonstrating enthusiasm, respect, and impeccable behaviour throughout the day.
