Matt from Football Fun Factory visited Key stage 2 with his football themed inflatables. The children loved showing off their skills on each of the football themed stations. It was a lovely end of year activity for the children.
We are absolutely delighted to share some exciting news with you that our school has been awarded the Gold School Games Mark for our outstanding commitment to sport and physical education!
This is a fantastic achievement that recognises the hard work and dedication of our pupils, staff, and wider school community in promoting healthy, active lifestyles through sport and physical activity. Throughout the year, our children have taken part in a wide variety of sporting opportunities, competitions, and inclusive events – all of which have contributed to this incredible success.
The Gold Award is a national recognition, and we are incredibly proud to have reached this level. It reflects not only the talent and enthusiasm of our students but also the encouragement and support you, as parents and carers, provide every day.
π A huge well done to everyone involved – especially our PE team, sports leaders, and all the children who have given their best effort and shown true sportsmanship throughout the year.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us. We look forward to continuing to inspire a love for sport and physical activity in every pupil.
Year 1 and 2 were very lucky this week as they were able to take a detailed look at Tilly the fire pump. The children thoroughly enjoyed this experience to help consolidate their prior learning of The Great Fire of London. Head over to our class page to view the photos!
Year six spent their day on Friday at Play2day for their leavers trip! They had an amazing day, spending time in the soft play and in lazer tag too!
