  We would like to say a huge thank you to Manea Mobile Tyres for their generous sponsorship of our brand-new sports team hoodies.

  The hoodies look fantastic and will help us feel proud and united whenever we represent our team. Their support is greatly appreciated and demonstrates a real commitment to encouraging local sport and community activities.

  We can't wait to wear our new hoodies at upcoming sports events, competitions and tournaments, proudly representing our team in style.

  Thank you once again to Manea Mobile Tyres for their kindness and support. We are excited to show off our new kit and make many great memories wearing it.

  

• Year 5 & 6 Visit Duxford!

  Year 5 and 6 had a fantastic day at Imperial War Museum Duxford, where they enjoyed an exciting and educational trip exploring one of the largest aviation museums in Europe.

  The children were amazed by the incredible collection of historic aircraft, from World War II fighter planes to modern jets. They had the opportunity to learn about the important role aviation has played throughout history and enjoyed discovering fascinating stories behind many of the exhibits.

  Throughout the day, pupils showed excellent behaviour, enthusiasm, and curiosity. They particularly enjoyed climbing aboard selected aircraft, exploring the interactive displays, and taking part in activities that brought history to life.

  It was a fun-filled day packed with learning, laughter, and memorable experiences. We are incredibly proud of how our Year 5 and 6 pupils represented the school. We are sure the children will be talking about their Duxford adventure for many weeks to come! ✈️🌟

• KS2 Sports Day 2026: A Fantastic Celebration of Sport and Teamwork

  Our annual KS2 Sports Day was a tremendous success, bringing together pupils, staff and families for a morning full of excitement, determination and fun. Throughout the morning, children demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, resilience and enthusiasm as they competed in a variety of track and field events.

  From sprint races and relays to throwing and jumping activities, every pupil embraced the opportunity to challenge themselves and support their teammates. The atmosphere was filled with encouragement and celebration, reflecting our school's values both on and off the field.

   

  Congratulations to all participants and to our winning team! We look forward to another fantastic Sports Day next year. 🏅🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎉

  

• Gold Once More! A Fantastic Achievement for Our School Community

  🏅 School Games Gold Mark Award Achieved for the Second Year Running!

   

  We are delighted to announce that we have once again been awarded the School Games Gold Mark Award, recognising our continued commitment to providing high-quality PE, school sport and physical activity opportunities for all pupils.

  Achieving Gold for the second consecutive year is a fantastic accomplishment and reflects the dedication of our staff, pupils and wider school community. Throughout the year, our children have participated in a wide range of sporting competitions, festivals, clubs and physical activity initiatives, developing their confidence, teamwork, resilience and enjoyment of sport.

  This award celebrates not only sporting success but also our commitment to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to be active, engaged and inspired through physical education. We are incredibly proud of our pupils for their enthusiasm and sportsmanship, and we would like to thank all staff who have supported sporting events, extracurricular activities and the delivery of excellent PE lessons throughout the year.
