Matt from Football Fun Factory visited Key stage 2 with his football themed inflatables. The children loved showing off their skills on each of the football themed stations. It was a lovely end of year activity for the children.

This is a fantastic achievement that recognises the hard work and dedication of our pupils, staff, and wider school community in promoting healthy, active lifestyles through sport and physical activity. Throughout the year, our children have taken part in a wide variety of sporting opportunities, competitions, and inclusive events – all of which have contributed to this incredible success.
The Gold Award is a national recognition, and we are incredibly proud to have reached this level. It reflects not only the talent and enthusiasm of our students but also the encouragement and support you, as parents and carers, provide every day.

Year 1 and 2 were very lucky this week as they were able to take a detailed look at Tilly the fire pump. The children thoroughly enjoyed this experience to help consolidate their prior learning of The Great Fire of London. Head over to our class page to view the photos!
Year six spent their day on Friday at Play2day for their leavers trip! They had an amazing day, spending time in the soft play and in lazer tag too!
Key Stage 2 had a fantastic Sports Day filled with energy, teamwork, and enthusiasm. The children took part in a carousel of exciting sporting activities, showing great determination and sportsmanship throughout. The event ended with some thrilling track races that had everyone cheering. Congratulations to the Green Team for winning in Years 3 and 4, and to the Red Team for coming out on top in Years 5 and 6. A huge well done to all the children for taking part and giving their best effort!
Reception have worked very hard this week after reading the Percy the Park Keeper story; 'The Rescue Party'. The rabbit then got stuck in our oak tree outside. They found out how to create rope ladders to save her! Go over to our page and see the photographs.
What a fun time Years 1 and 2 have had on their school trip to Church Farm. We were able to see lots of animals and sing a few songs on a tractor! Take a look at our photos over on our class page.
"Wow!" was the word on everyone’s lips as the children stepped onto the hallowed turf of the Premiership champions – Northampton Saints.
They enjoyed an action-packed day that will live long in their memories. In the morning, pupils took part in a range of exciting rugby-themed games on the actual pitch. In the afternoon, they were treated to a behind-the-scenes stadium tour, offering a fascinating insight into the home of elite rugby.
The children were a real credit to the school, demonstrating enthusiasm, respect, and impeccable behaviour throughout the day.

Wow! What a fantastic time Year 1 and Year 2 have had starting their stick people project.
The children loved heading outdoors for a scavenger hunt, where they explored and collected a wonderful variety of sticks. Back in class, we began the exciting process of bringing our stick people to life by adding different materials.

Year 6 Football Victory! β½οΈπ
A huge well done to the Year 6 football team who secured an impressive 11–4 win against Alderman Jacobs School! The team played brilliantly, showing great teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the match. Special mention goes to Jake and Rowan, who both played their first ever matches for the school – fantastic effort from both! We’re proud of everyone involved. Keep it up, team!
